SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your receipt of text messages from Modern Dreamers Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), operating at moderndreamersco.com. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description
Modern Dreamers Co. sends SMS messages related to The Dream Line experience (1-844-WISH-DAY / 1-844-947-4329), including:
- Follow-up messages after you call The Dream Line
- Birthday wish confirmations and goal-setting resources
- Membership confirmations and account notifications
- Customer care and support messages
- Occasional updates about your membership or our services
We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages via SMS.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Modern Dreamers Co. in the following ways:
- By calling The Dream Line at 1-844-WISH-DAY (1-844-947-4329) and verbally providing your phone number
- By submitting your phone number through a web form on moderndreamersco.com
- By purchasing a Dream Line membership and providing your mobile number at checkout
By providing your mobile phone number through any of the above methods, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Modern Dreamers Co. at the number provided.
3. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
- Emailing us at hello@moderndreamersco.com with your request to unsubscribe
After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with The Dream Line and your membership status. Most members receive between 1–4 messages per transaction or call event. We do not send recurring daily or weekly marketing blasts via SMS.
6. Costs & Carrier Information
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Modern Dreamers Co. does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for sending and receiving text messages. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
SMS messaging is available to customers of most major U.S. mobile carriers including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro PCS, and U.S. Cellular. Messaging may not be available on all carriers.
7. Privacy & Data Use
Your mobile phone number and any information collected through SMS interactions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes
- Your number is used solely to deliver the SMS program described above
- We use Twilio as our SMS service provider; messages are transmitted through their platform
8. Eligibility
The Dream Line SMS program is available to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, or parents and guardians who have opted in on behalf of a minor child. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
9. Changes to These Terms
Modern Dreamers Co. reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued participation in our SMS program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Modern Dreamers Co. is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an "as is" basis.
