1. About Our Services
Modern Dreamers Co. operates The Dream Line (1-844-WISH-DAY / 1-844-947-4329), a birthday goal-setting experience for children. We also offer luxury sleepover rental experiences and The Modern Kit. Our services are intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
By calling The Dream Line or submitting our web intake form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Modern Dreamers Co. at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:
- Follow-up communications related to your Dream Line call
- Membership information and welcome details
- Service updates and resources for Dream Line members
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message. To request help, reply HELP. We will never share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Membership & Payments
The Dream Line Founding Membership is offered at $19/year (limited to 500 founding spots, price locked forever). Standard membership is $39/year. The Dream Line call experience is always free.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method. Memberships renew annually unless cancelled.
For refund requests, please contact us at info@moderndreamersco.com within 14 days of purchase.
4. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a child
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services or systems

All content on our website and within our services — including The Dream Keeper, The Dream Line, the Modern Dreamers Co. brand, and all associated materials — is the property of Modern Dreamers Co. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
